This busy inn is set in the heart of La Lonja amid a myriad of local and international bars, restaurants and night spots. If you want to explore the historic old town, the art galleries and museums, then just step outside the door. Great shopping for both the sophisticate and the bargain hunter is a few minutes walk away.
From Plaza de la Reina, 20 metres from the hostal, buses connect you with the rest of the city, the beaches and the whole island. The sightseeing buses and the airport and ferry transport also pass nearby.
Our guests love our roof terrace with its stunning views of the city, the harbour and the mountains - the perfect place for breakfast or an evening drink.
Our rooms are clean and basic offering very good value. There is accommodation with both private bathrooms and shared facilities. Some rooms have small balconies from which to enjoy the bustle of daily life in the quarter. If you're a light sleeper however we can offer quiet rooms at the rear of the building. There is air conditioning and heating and the Wi-Fi is free.
Please be aware that we are a hostel not a hotel and if you are looking hotel standard luxury and service this is not the right place for you. Similarly hostel in Spanish is not the same as hostel in English; we are not a backpacker's hostel.
A café in the reception area serves breakfast and light snacks and is a great place to hang out and meet people from all over the world. Our staff will be pleased to help you with local information, travel tips, car hire etc.
If you are cycling in Mallorca we have space for your bike in our basement.
As the hostal is quite small, we cannot accept bookings for groups of more than six people without prior consultation. Please contact us directly for group reservations.
We'll see you soon at the Hostal Apuntatadores!
We spent four nights at Hostal Apuntadores and will definitely stay there again. Situated right near El Passeig des Born, this hostal has some of the best prices in town especially considering the outstanding views it it offers from the shared terrace. .....
